What is the main difference between Dermal Filler and Anti-wrinkle injections?Dermal filler is used to restore/ add volume and sculpt facial features. Anti-wrinkle injections are used to target muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

How long do the effects of anti-wrinkle injections last?Anti-Wrinkle injections last 3-4 months depending on the individual. With regular 3 monthly treatments initially you may notice you can go longer between treatments.

When do you start to see results after Anti-wrinkle treatment?You will start to notice the effects between 5-14 days after your treatment.

What do I need to be aware of after an Anti-Wrinkle Treatment?Remain up right for 4 hours post procedure. Do not rub/touch or massage treatment area. This is to prevent movement of the product. Avoid make up for 24hours post treatment to avoid infection. The skin requires time to heal at the injection sites. Avoid any skin care products containing AHAs, BHAs, Retinol and Vitamin C for 24 hours after treatment. Avoid exercise for 24hours. Avoid alcohol for 24hours after procedure. Avoid direct heat (saunas, solariums, Bikram yoga) for 24hours after procedure.

Avoid alcohol for 24hours after procedure. As it thins blood and can increase risk of bruising Avoid direct heat (saunas, solariums, Bikram yoga). Avoid hot drinks post lip filler (this can increase risk of swelling) Paracetamol is recommended for pain post procedure.
